Death Valley

This valley is one of the hottest and driest places in the world since in 1913 when were registered 56.7 °C in the air. There, it´s almost always dry, sunny, and clear throughout the year. It´s situated within Mojave desert, in California, on the border with Nevada. Despite its morbid name, a great diversity of life survives in Death Valley.

Long and infinity roads, dunes like in the far east and salt seas where is impossible to walk more than 100 metres due to its unbearable heat. Despite that, it’s one of the most stunning spots that I´ve ever seen in my life.

It’s not too hard to get there by car from Los Angeles, Las Vegas or Fresno, you only have to carry many litres of water and petrol and stop in every service to recharge whatever you need. There is also a tourist centre where to get a lot of information to visit the most interesting places.
